Adventures are custom designed to best fit group interests. They include all land costs and cost is per person per day.  Included are all meals and lodging, land transportation including airport transfers, guides, canoeing or kayaking, paddling gear, and park and other entrance fees for places visited. Per person costs are based on double occupancy except in the case of an odd number of  people.  Not included in per person costs are airfare to and from Costa Rica, airport departure tax (currently $40), laundry services, most alcoholic beverages, and souvenirs and other personal purchases.  For longer trips (5 or more days) we do not charge for the last day if the main activity is returning to the airport for your flight home.  Regular per person per day rates are given below:

Most trips are provided solely based on the above person per day charges.   However, sometimes groups opt for rafting, a canopy tour, special luxury lodges, or other activities which are not included in the regular rates. Additional charges for such special activities, if any, will always be clearly itemized before you sign up for your trip. While we specialize in keeping trips affordable, we pride ourselves on maintaining high quality in accommodations, meals, and activities.

Please contact us as early as possible since Costa Rica is a very popular destination and dates fill early. We are always glad to plan trips, but many times when we are approached close to the anticipated travel date, we are already engaged for another trip and are not able to accommodate the request.  Contact us today to start planning your adventure! Once your adventure is planned, a $250.00 per person deposit will reserve your trip and full payment is required 60 prior to trip departure.
